Methods to extract information in the work place

Method 1:
Works only if you are the superior, start with a dominating accusatory tone, put the person at defence. Words your statement ambiguously, let the person defends himself, repeat your wording accusatory and see how the person flows the information out.

Method 2:
To be used on peers. Start with open statements, wait for explanation, repeat same open statements, wait for expanded explanation, choose a particular clarification from the explanation, wait for explanation, repeat back same beginning open statement.


What can I says about the facts of life about works from the above?

West Coast Highway Route - 14km

Almost got cancelled because it was raining in the morning. Supposed to be a 35km route. Decided to turn at the 6 km point. :)
